Request for use of facilities will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Event dates are secured ONLY upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Full payment of the rental fees is due 30 days prior to the event. Payment Options are Card, cash, or check with a copy of the signed Agreement. Please make checks payable to MMPL. For any cancellations occurring within 48 hours of scheduled use, the original deposit fee is forfeit. If the reservation is rescheduled immediately with a library staff member, this does not take effect. Special circumstances such as weather or other emergencies may be excused based on the library staff’s judgement.
